There is the ability to access incentives through certificate schemes in all Australian states.  NSW Energy Saving Scheme (ESS) scheme supports industrial projects through several methods, Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) has just introduced Project Based Activities and all other states are covered under the Federal Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF).
